Tofflon Science and Technology Group Co. Ltd. is a comprehensive pharmaceutical equipment supplier to provide process support, core equipment, integrated system and pharma engineering for the pharma and biotech industry in the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Search for new customers and accountable for increase the Company’s margin, analyze the incoming requests and sales leads Follow up sales.
  • Organize meetings with new and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and present presentations on our services and equipment.
  • Handle customer information and to identify their opportunities.
  • Establish strong working relationships with new and prospective customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads generated and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Identify channels of sales and promotion equipment, product development.
  • Prepare the required documentation for Company participation in tender.
  • Understand and analyze the pharma industry market, including competitors' strengths and weaknesses and economic trends.
  • Work closely with the internal department in order to service all customer needs.
  • Make report for HQ office in China.
  • Collect customer and market information to build a customer prospect database.
  • Prepare and record sales lead reports and visit reports Visit trade fairs, exhibitions.
  • Participate in register and handle customer complaints.

Job Requirement:

  • An university degree.
  • Previous experience (Pharma OSD) - 2 year.
  • Upper Intermediate or fluent English.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed pre-defined sales targets and other KPI’s.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing customer requests and requirements.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, presentation & communication skills.
  • A customer-oriented mind-set.
