Active interaction with the Customer at all stages of the project. Developing the overall architecture of the solution and defending the concept to the Customer;
Preparation and approval of technical specifications for design;
Organization of design, including coordination and organization of the work of the project team;
Monitoring compliance with deadlines for the development of documentation;
Interaction with representatives of manufacturers and suppliers of equipment;
Verification and quality control of the issued documentation;
Coordination of solutions with the Customer and protection of design solutions;
Calculation of the project implementation budget;
Control of the implementation of the technical solution at the stage of construction and installation works and commissioning, as well as participation in the acceptance testing process;
Performing the role of a technical expert in the technological areas during the design & construction stage;
Lead technical team to the output of high-level desig (HLD) and related technical Document for data center project bidding and customer communication etc.
Professional requirements:
In-depth knowledge of state laws, standards, norms and rules in the field of design and construction in Uzbekistan;
Extensive technical horizons and Understanding of the data center industry;
Possesses outstanding expertise in a specific MEP discipline (Such as: ELE/HVAC/ELV/FF);
Experience working with AutoCad, MS Office, preferably Revit programs;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Fluency in English and Russian (knowledge of Uzbek is a plus);
The ability to compose technical texts and justify decisions based on regulatory documentation;
Experience in complex design of data processing centers (DPCs) or server rooms (or, depending on the project, experience in designing individual engineering systems).
Work Conditions:
Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
