SEO Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Planning: Develop and oversee the comprehensive SEO strategy for multiple brands across different geographies. Align SEO initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
• Technical SEO Leadership: Ensure technical excellence in SEO, including site structure, page speed, crawlability, indexing, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals. Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices.
• Local SEO Oversight: Coordinate with local marketing teams and external content providers to ensure high-quality, geo-targeted content and visual materials are produced and optimized.
• Process & Performance Management: Build and implement transparent, scalable, and measurable SEO processes across all regions. Establish clear guidelines and frameworks for content creation, link building, and performance reporting.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product, development, analytics, and paid marketing teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across channels.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO;
• Proven track record of driving significant SEO growth across multiple markets or domains;
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, analytics, and performance tracking tools (e.g., GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog);
• Experience in coordinating multi-market or multi-language SEO projects;
• Understanding of fintech, online lending, or other highly regulated industries is a strong plus;
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills;
• English level: B2 or higher.
