Responsibilities:
- Media Buying & Optimization: Plan, execute, and scale paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and local ad platforms depending on the region.
- Performance Management: Monitor and optimize campaigns toward performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and structured A/B testing.
- Creative Collaboration: Brief, coordinate, and give feedback to internal or external creatives (graphic designers and video editors) to produce high-performing ad materials tailored to each platform and market.
- Strategy & Budgeting: Manage and allocate large monthly advertising budgets across markets and brands. Work closely with the strategy team to align paid acquisition with broader business goals.
- Localization & Market Adaptation: Adapt media buying strategies to specific geographies and audiences, including use of local ad platforms and culturally-relevant messaging.
- Experimentation & Learning: Design and run structured experiments (ad copy, creatives, targeting, bidding strategies), measure impact, and scale successful tactics.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in hands-on media buying for digital performance campaigns;
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and familiarity with other regional ad platforms;
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets (six-figure monthly spend);
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, pixel tracking, attribution, and event optimization;
- Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad production (especially for video);
- Comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.);
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- English level: B2 or higher.
