Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end new product strategy from idea generation to market launch
Identify category growth opportunities aligned with consumer needs and brand positioning
Lead cross-functional NPD process using a stage-gate model
Manage innovation boards to assess and prioritize pipeline projects
Build business cases (financials, market sizing, ROI) for new product concepts
Oversee R&D, product design, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure effective go-to-market execution
Monitor post-launch performance and implement data-driven improvements
Lead a small NPD team and foster a culture of innovation
Manage vendor relationships and support sustainability initiatives in product development
Contribute to strategic portfolio development and category transformation initiatives
Requirements:
Proven track record in NPD and product launches in FMCG
Strong project and team management skills
Experience in R&D and consumer insights
Solid understanding of commercial and operational functions
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
