ASBIS is one of the leading distributors of Information and Communications Technology products and solutions in EMEA Emerging Markets. We are searching an experienced Commercial Leader to lead the sales of luxury AV products on different markets to join our team.

Job Purpose: To drive the strategic growth luxury AV products by identifying new business opportunities, expanding premium distribution channels, and establishing long-term partnerships in the high-end consumer electronics and luxury lifestyle segments. The CL ensures brand positioning, revenue growth, and market presence through proactive business development, partner engagement, and execution of global standards in the assigned territory.

Main tasks:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities across UGCIS
  • Build relationships with developers, local interior designers, architects, and smart home integrators to drive referrals and specify B&O solutions in high-end projects.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party solution providers like Lutron, KNX, and control system partners to generate project-based leads.
  • Support stores in developing and executing clienteling strategies to grow the customer base and increase repeat sales.
  • Leverage CRM tools to activate dormant clients and segment-specific offers.
  • Support mono-brand and multi-brand partners in driving performance and elevating brand representation.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with B&O brand values.
  • Ensure partners adhere to brand standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Team Management.
  • Final responsibility for the sales growth in the assigned region.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably within active sales of luxury solutions.
  • Familiarity with home automation, AV integration, or smart living solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with high-end brands or in a design-driven environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of channel development, distribution models, and retail operations in the premium segment.
  • Ability to build and execute commercial strategies tailored to luxury market dynamics.
  • Proven knowledge of the local market
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Passion for design, technology, and premium lifestyle experiences
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner visits, events, or market development.
