Senior Business Operations Specialist

The Senior Business Operations Specialist is responsible for contract management, process optimization, and enhancing the company's operational efficiency.

This position requires collaboration across departments, data-driven decision-making, and implementing automated solutions to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure that all operational, administrative, and compliance functions adhere to contractual and regulatory-based best practices
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships, demonstrating the ability to influence and build credibility at all organizational levels
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors
• Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, identifying opportunities for upgrades or refinements
• Raise and monitor issues, resolve medium-complexity challenges, and escalate unresolved problems to appropriate levels
• Enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Support onboarding and compliance teams to promote efficient business execution and uphold company values
• Execute contractual compliance activities for key accounts
• Partner with the Delivery Management team to ensure effective planning and tracking of projects

Requirements:

• Background in Finance, Project Management, or a similar discipline
• Degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Basic understanding of Corporate Finance, with prior experience in company or departmental P&L analysis highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
