Develop and manage wholesale and franchise operations across CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan) and further expanding regions.
Lead the franchise network development and ensure operational alignment with brand guidelines and corporate standards.
Identify and attract new wholesale partners (distributors, multi-brand stores, concept stores) as well as new franchise candidates in target markets.
Build and execute regional growth strategies for wholesale and franchise channels for premium global brands: Lacoste, Gant, Converse, Samsonite, and American Tourister.
Negotiate and conclude wholesale and franchise agreements, including commercial terms, brand representation conditions, and performance expectations.
Monitor franchisees’ operational and financial performance, supporting their development and ensuring compliance with KPIs and brand standards.
Organize seasonal sales campaigns, product presentations, and franchisee training sessions in coordination with internal departments.
Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless B2B and franchise execution.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts and ensure wholesale and franchise targets are met, both in revenue and profitability.
Conduct regular market visits, evaluating franchise and wholesale partner stores for retail excellence, VM compliance, and local competitiveness.
Track market trends, brand positioning, and competitive activity to inform strategy and partner selection.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in wholesale and/or franchise sales within the fashion or premium/lifestyle sector.
Solid understanding of the CIS region’s wholesale and retail landscape, with an existing network of potential partners being a strong advantage.
Experience in franchise partner management including training, operational follow-up, and performance monitoring.
Strong negotiation, commercial, and interpersonal skills - confident in building long-term partnerships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute multi-market expansion plans.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, pricing, sales forecasting, and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multitasking across different markets.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
High willingness to travel frequently across CIS and neighboring regions
