Senior Manager of HR Department (Recruiter)

We are looking for a Senior Manager (HR Recruiter) to join our dynamic Human Resources and Organisational Development Department. This position plays a key role in aligning recruitment initiatives with the overall business goals of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Drive Employer Branding and talent attraction strategies, including job fairs and online campaigns.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to address current and future staffing needs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Oversee the Internship from planning to execution.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and AIFC legislation.

• Continuously improve recruitment policies, procedures, and tools - including automation initiatives.

• Prepare recruitment analytics and reports (e.g., turnover, attrition, pipeline metrics).

• Foster strong relationships with educational institutions for intern pipeline development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or related fields (Master’s preferred).

• 3–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment or a similar capacity.

• Preferred certifications: CIPD, SPHR, PHRi, or other recognized HR credentials.

• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects autonomously.

• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Deep understanding of recruitment dynamics and business operations.

• Trilingual proficiency: Kazakh, Russian, English.
