What do we expect you to do?
- Communicate with internal clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Define job description and document specifications
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conduct interviews
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Present shortlisted candidates
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries
- Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
- Make job offers and negotiate salaries
- Onboard new employees and help them acclimate to the company
What will you bring along?
- Min 1 year of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Min 1 year of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Intermediate English
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- BS degree from a well-known university
