Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed
Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company procedures
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
Review documentation and monitor material masters to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records (SAP tec.)
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability
Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock in SAP (surplus cross-docs)
Performing regular stock counts and reporting any issues to line manager
Develop efficient strategies and process aiming to stock value reduction.
Coordinate and respond to inventory related audits and state inspections (group audit, state customs inspection, PSA audits etc.)
Develop, implement and manage efficient process of handling slow-moving and “deadstock” inventory.
Develop and update Inventory Standards and Procedures
Take part in preparation and evaluation of tenders’ if required.
Manage and coordination of all lifting activities carried out within company or any of its supporting infra-structure in Kazakhstan.
Provide lifting and handling expertise advice to all RSES/RSES-D and project managers. Conduct annual reviews.
Participates in the development of training plans for users up to the required competence.
Nominates the individuals to the SLS position.
Coordinate the overall lifting activities, monitor contractor lifting operations, performance assuring the application of all the relevant HSEQ and QA procedures, providing technical support as required. Promote a total quality work ethic and safe and pleasant work environment. Establish an environment of mutual respect and teamwork with all employees.

Ensure competent supervision of lifting plans and activities by the SLS.
Support collaboration and integration across departments and locations and accelerate learning and knowledge sharing.
Participate in Project Risk management workshops and meetings.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts regarding all Lifting activities.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise site team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for Lifting activities.
Ensure the respect of rules in daily handling and lifting operations.
Checks and approves all critical and complex lifting plan calculations.
Supervision of critical lifts.
Ensures equipment used for critical lifting operation are those defined on the lifting plan.
Develops and keeps up to date site lifting and handling procedures.
Manage and assist the SLS in the organization of the site lifting equipment (rigging loft, inspection, maintenance).
Ensure the equipment inspection policy is applied on site.
Undertakes periodic reviews/audits as required, particularly focusing on the high-risk activities.
Participates in the internal audits of the LMS.
Requirements:
Higher professional or technical education
8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry including 5+ years in warehousing or inventory control.
Experience in SAP
Industry related qualification such as LEEA/EAL/APITO/CPA etc.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management of all departments.
Ability to defuse tension among lifting crews, should it arise.
Broad and extensive knowledge of lifting operations and equipment.
Working to international standards, such as, BS, ISO, API, LOLER, NORSOK etc.
