Responsibilities - Maintenance planning: Develop and control schedules for equipment inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
- Repair and upgrade supervision: Ensure timely and high-quality repairs, monitor equipment reliability, and oversee technical conditions of buildings and structures.
- Procurement support: Issue material and spare part requests needed for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Technical analysis: Investigate causes of equipment failures or downtime and develop measures for preventing emergencies.
- Process improvement: Participate in proposals for equipment modernization, introduction of advanced technologies, and cost reduction strategies related to maintenance and repair.
Requirements - Education: Secondary or higher technical education.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar or related role.
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory and methodological documents for equipment maintenance, production technologies, and enterprise organizational structure.
- Documentation skills: Ability to work with technical documentation (defect lists, technical passports, equipment manuals), and read construction drawings.
- Safety & compliance: Knowledge of labor safety standards, workplace sanitation, fire protection, Job Safety Analysis, and Quality Management Systems.
