Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a dynamic CRM department, including a team to launch complex campaigns, a CRM technical manager, a copywriter, and a designer.
- Launch the planning and management process for campaigns, turning your ideas into reality!
- Reactivate and segment customers to ensure everyone gets exactly what they need.
- Implement and develop customer communication channels: email, in-app, and web-push. Your messages should be heard!
- Develop and implement retention and reactivation strategies for multilingual products across different countries. A global audience is waiting!
- Create reports on key business metrics, so everyone can see your successes.
- Manage both external and internal processes within the retention department. We love order and organization!
- Plan, launch, and analyze promotions and automated communication flows. Your campaigns will be a hit!
- Support and improve the CRM department’s automated processes, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Develop product requirements to make our product even better.
- Manage the budget and find optimal solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role in CRM, Retention, or Loyalty. You know how to work with customers!
- Knowledge of CRM and CDP tools such as Customer.io, Salesforce, and Hubspot. Tools are your best friends!
- Strong analytical skills and experience creating reports on key business metrics. Data is your passion!
- Experience with BI tools like PowerBI. You love numbers and analyzing them!
- Experience in developing and implementing KPI motivation systems. You know how to inspire your team!
- Project management and team leadership skills to guide everyone toward a common goal.
- English proficiency of at least B2. Ready to communicate with an international audience!
