Copywriter

LeverX is looking for a talented IT Copywriter (Russian and English).

As a Copywriter, you will craft high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content primarily in Russian, with occasional English adaptations, if required. Your focus will be on creating materials for corporate websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral related to custom software development, enterprise software development, and outsourcing services. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and domain experts to ensure brand consistency and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and persuasive content in Russian for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertising;

• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines;

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to enhance content relevance and effectiveness;

• Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency in both Russian and English;

• Optimize content based on SEO principles and content marketing best practices;

• Work closely with stakeholders and domain experts to understand project goals and deliver effective communication strategies;

• Stay updated on content marketing trends, AI-powered writing tools, and localization best practices to improve content impact.

• Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Copywriter, preferably in a custom software development or IT outsourcing company;

• Native or fluent Russian writing and editing skills with the ability to craft high-quality, engaging content;

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in writing landing pages, blog posts, email campaigns, and, preferably, case studies in the Russian and English languages;

• Strong research, fact-checking, and analytical skills to create well-informed and data-driven content;

• Experience using SEO tools, grammar checkers, and anti-plagiarism software;

• Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content management systems (HubSpot will be a plus);

• A degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
