Copywriter with English

The recruiting agency Brightman invites a Copywriter with English and German to join the team.

The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.

With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the customer has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global scale. The company collaborates with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and more.

Responsibilities:

- Creating personalized, multistep email campaigns for lead generation in English and German.
- Adapting tone, message structure, and value proposition to various industries and regions.
- Collaborating closely with the E-mail Lead Generation Specialist to iterate and test copy based on performance metrics.
- Continuously researching trends in copywriting and sales messaging to enhance effectiveness.
- Proactively suggesting new content angles, ideas, or improvements to existing templates based on performance data and market insights.

Requirements:

- Experience as a Copywriter for 2+ years in B2B tech or IT services.
- Great digital marketing exposure and experience, with an emphasis on email marketing (salling emails and templates).
- Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Creative sense, fresh and out of box thinking with an ability to develop outstanding marketing collateral.
- Understands how templates, variables, and dynamic fields work in email outreach.
- Experience and skills to manage marketing project planning, creative development, and production of communications vehicles for existing and prospective customers.
- Sensitivity to cultural nuances in both languages.
- Level of English – from Advanced+ and above.
