Main accountabilities
1. Manages and develop BL Ind Sales Business in the country/sub-region
2. Drives sales development within the countries in line with defined brand and sales strategy as well as market share and profitability
targets, in alignment with the Sub-Region Head
3. Takes ownership and responsibility for the Business plan of the countries
4. Adjusts the sales/marketing approach to the needs of the country's customers, ensuring profitable business and market shares are
delivered
5. Negotiates agreements with customers in line with given targets and delivers operational customer sales support on a daily basis
6. Agrees and ensures delivery of sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets for the respective customer base
7. Manages the follow-up of defined KPIs in a way that sales/profitability targets and customer expectations can be deliver
8. Acts as key account Manager for selected customers, supports the regional Head in servicing large customers in the Sub-Region
9. Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts per customer and reporting cluster within BL Ind.
10. Be the voice of the market by feeding back information regarding price positioning against competitors as well as potential markets
within which future product developments will yield market share and benefits for ZF.
11. Management of orderbook with escalation to ensure that customer satisfaction through service delivery remains top priority.
12. Collaborate with network development colleagues to expand not only the distribution network within the various countries, but also the
customers that may be potential for ZF Service Points.
13. Provide an action plan with priorities per country based BL Ind. potentials in the market.
14. Introduce, drive, manage and monitor NPI’s released centrally to expand business per product line.
Required skills and experience / main competencies
• Regional business expert with strong entrepreneurial thinking
• Proven sales development track record in the BL Ind. field within the sub-region
• Strong knowledge of customer structures but also expert on market set up and dynamics in the Sub-Region/Country
•Exercises “natural authority” in cultural context
•Engineering or commercial background and solid product expertise
•Strong (regional) networking and coordination/cooperation skills
•Deep understanding of automotive Industrial business (Mining, Construction, Material Handling), market trends, innovation. Interest/experience and understanding of Rail and Marine markets and trend will be an additional advantage.
•10 years international experience in Industrial Aftermarket Business
