JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead and oversee our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid media, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), media buying, and other customer acquisition teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth while managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Digital Marketing Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand visibility.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives across SEM, SEO, SMM, media buying, and other digital marketing functions.
- Optimize marketing funnels to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging for maximum performance.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including SEM Managers, SMM Managers, SEO Specialists, and Media Buyers.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for each function, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment and provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities for team members.
Performance Optimization & Budget Management:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure efficient media buying strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, Creative Support, Account Management and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with the Creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to leverage insights and optimize marketing campaigns.
Industry Trends & Innovation:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising platforms, and customer behavior.
- Experiment with emerging marketing technologies and automation tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Identify new growth opportunities in digital channels, platforms, and markets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SEM, SEO, paid media, and social media marketing.
- Proven experience managing large advertising budgets and optimizing ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- Solid experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editing skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience in eCommerce, affiliate marketing, CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) models.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications.
- Experience with Facebook ads, Tiktok, shopping ads, remarketing, display campaigns, and video ads.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages.

- Отслеживание рыночных трендов, инструментов и технологий.
- Внедрение новых подходов и каналов привлечения клиентов, включая использование AI-инструментов.
ТРЕБОВАНИЯ
- 5+ лет опыта в цифровом маркетинге, желательно в международной или eCommerce-компании.
- Опыт управления командой, ведения кампаний в разных странах и на разных языках.
- Умение работать с аналитикой, Google Analytics, BI-системами.
- Опыт работы с подрядчиками, агентствами, платформами закупки трафика.
- Свободное владение английским языком; знание других языков будет преимуществом.
