Senior specialist for Business Development Department

Job Summary

UET Construction, a leading Uzbek construction company that provides engineering, procurement, and construction services across various sectors, including power generation, renewable energy, industrial facilities, real estate and civil infrastructure, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Specialist to join our Business Development Department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction market, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and supporting project acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, clients, and partners
• Participate in the development and execution of business strategies aligned with the company’s long-term objectives
• Engaging with clients and maintain relationships with government bodies and potential investors
• Analyze financial and technical documents, assist in project feasibility studies and risk assessment
• Support strategic planning for market entry and expansion within Uzbekistan and neighboring regions
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business cases for senior management
• Arrange and organize meetings and other events
• Coordinate official accounts on social media
• Participate in conferences and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors
• Strong knowledge of the construction market in Uzbekistan
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (oral and written)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements
