Architectural and construction manager for IDC

Architectural and technical support of projects:

• lead the design of the IDC’s physical infrastructure, including:
  Server rooms, power distribution zones, cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH), and network cabling pathways.
• ensure compliance with data center standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier Certification).
• review and approve architectural drawings, BIM models, and 3D simulations.

• participation in the preparation of tasks, assignments for the development of working documentation regarding architectural solutions;

• participation in the formation of requirements for tender documentation in terms of architectural solutions and materials;

• participation in the selection of materials, selection of analogues and coordination of materials, formation of requirements for materials;

• assessment of the technical and economic efficiency of design solutions and preparation of design proposals for optimization of architectural solutions; as well as analysis, linking and coordination of architectural solutions with related sections, protection and justification of proposals;

• control of the implementation of changes in design solutions and deviations from the adopted decisions of the architectural and functional concept;

• conducting architectural and architectural supervision at the stages of design work and construction work;

• participation in the preparation of tasks, assignments for the development of working documentation regarding architectural solutions;

• participation in the formation of requirements for tender documentation in terms of architectural solutions and materials;

• participation in the selection of materials, selection of analogues and coordination of materials, formation of requirements for materials;

• assessment of the technical and economic efficiency of design solutions and preparation of design proposals for optimization of architectural solutions; as well as analysis, linking and coordination of architectural solutions with related sections, protection and justification of proposals;

• control of the implementation of changes in design solutions and deviations from the adopted decisions of the architectural and functional concept;

• conducting architectural and architectural supervision at the stages of design work and construction work;

Development and implementation of internal standards for architectural and planning solutions:

• participation in determining product parameters: planning solutions and architectural solutions for facades;
• development and implementation of internal standards for room layouts, standard sections and facade solutions;
• optimization and refinement of planning solutions for premises at the stage of architectural and functional concept;
• development and implementation of internal standards for architectural solutions (master plan, planning solutions, facades, landscaping, interiors), standard units and technical solutions in accordance with the Technical Task and Budget, monitoring the compliance of technical documentation with the requirements of standards at the stage of working documentation and quality control of the work carried out construction and installation works.

Coordination of the work of the architecture management:

• organizing and building interaction with departments within the company and subcontractors
• coordination of the work of the architecture management, monitoring the completion of tasks on time, monitoring the quality of decisions made.

• Bachelor degree or above in Construction or related field;
• At least 5 years of work experience as Architectural/Construction manager
• Good at MS office, AutoCAD, C3D, structure analysis software such as LIRA, SAP2000;
• Excellent Russian and English communication skills;
