Technical Project Manager

We work with a broad range of technologies including EVM, TVM, Bitcoin, Solana, ZK, and Rollup-based architectures. Our portfolio includes trustless cross-chain solutions, public APIs, blockchain node implementations, and smart contract systems deployed across multiple chains.

About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead and optimize the work of our blockchain development team. You will be the driving force behind planning, coordination, and execution of technical initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work directly with developers, product teams, and founders to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Project Ownership: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain-related projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Team Coordination: Manage a cross-functional team of blockchain engineers, ensuring smooth task delegation, sprint planning, and accountability.
• Technical Process Development: Define and implement clear workflows, pipelines, and best practices tailored to blockchain development (e.g., smart contract deployment, testnet/mainnet cycles, audits).
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and executive stakeholders, ensuring technical goals are understood and met.
• Delivery Management: Track milestones, manage scope, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of technical features and updates.
• Quality Assurance Oversight: Coordinate testing, audits, and code review processes to maintain high standards of security and reliability.
• Resource Planning: Optimize team capacity, prioritize technical tasks, and identify staffing or tooling needs early.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager, ideally in blockchain or complex backend systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially in web3/blockchain environments.
• Proven experience optimizing delivery processes and managing agile teams, sprint cycles, and development pipelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with blockchain principles (e.g., smart contracts, nodes, DeFi, L2s, audits).
