ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, proactive and results-driven individual to join us. We are looking for dedication and commitment, someone who will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with prospective clients. You'll get to know our products and services inside-out and offer prospective customers professional and clear insight into our market offerings. Customer acquisition is a very important part of this role so being outcome focused is absolutely vital. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Consultations & Demos: Conduct 'not salesy' consultative sales calls to understand the clients situation and offer a solution, as well as to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Deal Closing: Close sales while meeting revenue targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging and ensure client satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM to forecast revenue and prioritise opportunities.
- Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and contribute to overall company growth.
- Regularly report to the leadership on all aspects of the sales process;
- Quickly gaining full knowledge of the UK immigration landscape, Nation.better products to deliver results and keeping abreast of competition and market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years experience in a similar role with a solid track record;
- Experience working in a start-up environment with little or no dedicated support with a high degree of autonomy;
- Impeccable English written and verbal communication skills at all levels by all means - in person, on the phone, via email and on video chats;
- Excellent analytical skills and strong commercial acumen;
- Experience in using and managing CRM, Sales and Lead generation systems;
- Self starter, proactive, driven, persistent, energetic and resilient personality;
- Someone with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, coupled with a friendly and approachable manner;
- Strong team player and experienced in managing and leading a sales team;
- Good project management skills;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment and willingness to wear multiple hats.
