Information Security Compliance Manager

G5 Games is a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by over 250 million people worldwide. We create large-scale projects, such as Sherlock, Hidden City®, Jewels of Rome®, and continuously improve their technical aspects.

We are currently strengthening our team and looking for an Information Security Compliance Manager.

What You Will Work On:

• Maintain and develop ISMS.
• Maintain and develop information security policies, and verify compliance with those policies.
• Compliance assessment of processes and measures to ensure information security (audits) in accordance with the ISMS.
• Development and support of the information security risk management program.
• Assessment of information security risks, threat modeling.
• Assessment of the current level of maturity and resource provision of information security, development of plans for the development of the ISMS.
• Support effective communication and coordination of employees in areas related to information security.
• Conduct training and consultations for company employees on risks/confidentiality/compliance with information security.
• Creation of disaster recovery plans in case of security breaches, coordination of pentests.
• Coordination of external assessments from regulators and audit firms.

What We Expect:

• Experience in Information Security Management System with the least one (ISO27001, NIST SP 800-53, COBIT 5).
• Experience with both domestic and international privacy and data protection compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR)
• Experience in Information Security Risk Management.
• Familiarity with Information Security industry standards/best practices.
• Experience in Threat modeling, Business impact analysis.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the desire to be proactive and search for potential security/compliance issues.
• Certifications related to expertise are a plus.
