Responsibilities:We are looking for 2 - 3 new sales managers to join our growing business, 'Rockstar Payments, hunting and closing new clients who require reliable, low cost international B2B payments.
We are looking to hire staff with existing connections in specific industries where there is high demand for payment services (cross border transactions), so the candidate can immediately start to book meetings and create, with the support of the senior team, a targeting plan.
Requirements: - Self Starter: You are responsible for your 'Industry', and for your rewards. This is a comission led job.
- Professional: We are selling cross border payment services, everything we do is well structured, professional and contracted. Your skills and presentation should match this.
- Numbers Driven: Targets will be set and monitored, based on a sales funnel approach. You'll be working for the CEO who will be checking the numbers each week!
Conditions:We can offer either a base plus commission or commission (IP agreement) only:
- Base: 50,000 plus 22% commission on all profits
- Commission Only: 25% on all profits
- Expected to visit the office 1 - 2 times per week (after induction)
- All leads and deals tracked through CRM
- On Target Earnings expected to be 250-300k after 2 months, 500+ after 4-5 months. Top performers could easily push over 1M / month
