Affiliate manager (Fintech, Office Moscow)

About the Company: Collect & Pay is a rapidly growing financial organization specializing in international payments, risk management, and cryptocurrency exchange. Our core business includes SWIFT transfers through Kazakhstan and Cyprus, as well as cryptocurrency exchange operations.

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to set up and manage an effective B2B affiliate network. This role will focus on building strong affiliate partnerships to drive revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setup effective B2B affiliate network and develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy to attract and retain partners.
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to optimize performance.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing data-driven insights.
- Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate marketing with overall business objectives.
- Optimize tracking, reporting, and commission structures for maximum efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to implement innovative affiliate marketing tactics.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience in affiliate tracking tools and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and develop scalable affiliate programs.
