The position with these responsibilities is open for the duration of the maternity leave of the company’s main HR Manager (approximately 7–8 months). Upon successful completion of the probation period, the employee in this role will be transferred to the position of Office Manager, without HR responsibilities.

Job description:
As a HR/Office manager, you will oversee key HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of the company's internal processes. You will handle document management, regulatory documentation updates, support recruitment, employment, and onboarding processes, and coordinate administrative tasks within the office.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Recruitment and staffing (posting job vacancies, conducting interviews)
- Maintaining employee HR documentation
- Managing employee employment and onboarding processes
- Adapting internal company policies and regulations
- Conducting onboarding and integration of new employees
- Managing office infrastructure
- Purchasing office supplies and consumables for daily operations
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the office, monitoring equipment condition
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and office events
- Managing electronic document flow
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of document processing
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an HR and administrative role, preferably in industrial or IT companies
- Experience in administrative office support
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems and workflow tools
Qualifications/ Knowledge:
- Russian –Native, English – Fluent
- Solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, employment, termination)
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and local HR compliance requirements
- Familiarity with HR documentation standards and personnel file structure
- Understanding of office administration principles, including procurement, maintenance, and coordination of office infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Experience in drafting and implementing internal company policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
