Essential responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless execution of HR operations processes (On & Off boarding, Employee Life Cycle support) in compliance with Kazakhstan labor law.
- Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned processes.
- Act as a main point of contact for employees and business regarding HR Operations processes and procedures.
- Liaise between Payroll provider in the region, HR team and Business teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication, payroll and labor processes, preventing any liability or labor risk to the company
- Ensure that structures and systems are aligned to deliver key objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Advise on complex employee & business questions/requests concerning the area of expertise in a professional, courteous & timely manner.
- Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardization and productivity within assigned process.
- Build and share knowledge of area of expertise by continuously keeping up to date with internal and external updates and changes.
- Develop a strong working relationship with the HR community through proactive facilitation & improvement of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR and Business teams to ensure delivery of streamlined processes, standardization and digitization.
- Identify best HR operational practices within the region and support in Country implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Operations or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan Labor Code, Data Privacy Laws and Regulations.
- Proficient in 1C.ЗУП8 (version 3.1) experience is essential
- Experience with shift workers & employees with summarized working regime is essential
- Fluency in Kazakh and Russian, plus good command of English, with professional verbal & written communication skills (Intermediate and above).
