Technical Support Manager

At Growave, we’re building a marketing platform for e-commerce businesses that helps online stores drive customer loyalty and engagement.

Our team has grown to 70+ people, and we’re looking for a Technical Support Manager to strengthen our support function and help our clients get the most out of our product.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicating with clients

• Resolving technical issues and support requests

• Working with SQL, API, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript

• Integrating the Growave app with Shopify stores

• Writing bug reports and tasks for the dev team

• Preparing monthly reports on completed tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in technical support

• Confident knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript

• Ability to write SQL queries

• Familiarity with Jira or similar systems

• Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
