Project Manager

We're 1PT - international product-based IT company that specializes in the iGaming industry, driven by talented professionals from Belarus, Georgia, Poland, Estonia, and the United Kingdom.

We are actively seeking a proactive and organized project manager to join our team to support the successful delivery of our projects through effective planning, implementation, and follow-up.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic planning: creation of releases roadmap and sprint planning (together with Team Leads);
• Direct communication with senior management, aligned various stakeholders on product vision;
• Communication with third-party partners to release games: certification authorities, aggregators, operators, etc;
• Games releases management: monitoring deadlines and compliance with procedures;
• Reporting: status on all products in progress and work with project documentation;
• Managing the development of several games at the same time;
• Managing a team of more than 20 people divided into smaller teams (5 teams in total).

Requirements:

• Experience 1-3 years;
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Jira, Confluence);
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
