Concierge Specialist

Based in our UAE office in DMCC Free Zone (JLT, Dubai), we are looking for an energised and proactive Concierge Specialist to join the Leo Trippi team.

This is an important role within the company as your results will help the clients to have detailed and perfectly organised stay fully in accordance with their preferences and requirements.

We’re looking for someone who has high speed of decision making in a combination with a high level self-discipline. It’s essential that you are native Russian speaker, you have experienced communication skills and good enough English knowledge (you will speak with the clients/agencies not only from GCC countries but from all over the world). The main focus will be on working as a reliable link chain between the client and the property manager/ property concierge to create the memorable experience for the client and to organise all the pre-arrival arrangements in accordance with their preferences (airport transfers, ski instructor lessons, restaurants bookings etc). If you have a knowledge of French or German then this is a plus but not essential.

- Full time, Mon - Fri, 10am-7pm & work weekends (shifts, 3-4 per year)

- work in the office in JLT (1-2 days on remote mode can be considered if needed);

- fixed salary which does not depend on season dates;

- commercial laptop and iPhone to work on;

- annual travel to ski resorts with company’s FAM trips;

- visa & insurance covered by the company.
