Logistics Specialist (Dubai, UAE)

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist in Dubai, UAE in one of our subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation of goods via vessel, container, and rail, coordinating operations at ports and terminals globally;
• Oversee vessel shipments: confirm nominations, manage loading processes, and coordinate with charterers, ports, and agents;
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, and surveyor reports;
• Track product movement through warehouses and transshipment ports, ensuring adherence to schedules and stock balance reconciliation;
• Process and monitor invoices for logistics costs, demurrage, and penalties, ensuring timely submission to the finance department;
• Optimize logistics processes by identifying cost-saving opportunities with new terminals and shipping lines;
• Handle claims related to cargo quality or quantity, investigating issues and coordinating resolutions;
• Prepare regular reports on logistics operations, shipment tracking, and expenses.

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian and English (oral and written);
• 3+ years experience in Logistics/Transport/Foreign Trade;
• High communication skills.
