We’re planning for hiring IT Sales Development Representative.
You’ll play a key role in helping global businesses across Europe, the UAE, the UK, and the USA connect with top tech solutions.
This isn’t just about making calls — we need someone who thrives on meaningful sales conversations, understands client needs, and confidently guides them to the right outsourcing solution.
Responsibilities:- Researching and building lead databases for outreach
- Cold calling businesses across Europe, UAE, UK, and the USA
- Setting up meetings for the Sales or Business Development team
- Following up after meetings to support deal progress
- Helping guide leads through the sales process
- Handling objections and answering client questions
Requirements:- 1+ year of experience in cold calling or sales (preferably companies in the IT Services and IT Consulting sector, or Staffing and Recruiting agencies, where you handled sales outreach, business development, or lead generation)
- Confident and comfortable making cold calls to new prospects and communicating fluently in English (C1-C2 level)
- Strong organizational skills, energetic and results-driven
- Proven experience in researching and building client lead lists
- Ability to adapt to client time zones (Europe, UAE, UK, USA) and work a flexible schedule as needed
