Sales Manager

We are an established and rapidly growing IT company and a Microsoft Partner, specializing in outsourcing and outstaffing of DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud solutions, and digital transformation, headquartered in the UAE.

Our portfolio includes over 100 completed projects for corporate clients in US and EU, including Rehau, Nielsen, Microsoft, Evolve, CBD

We are currently actively expanding and looking for a Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and attracting new clients for outstaffing, outsourcing and managed services
• Developing and maintaining relationships with the new clients
• Managing the full sales cycle up to deal closure
• Maintaining CRM and sales reports

Requirements:

• Strong background in active direct sales
• Proven track record of personal sales achievements
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve goals
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals
• Proactive mindset and strong drive to earn​​​​​​​ more
• Excellent communication skills

Would be an advantage:

• Prior experience of sales in services business
