What we expect from a Project Manager:
- You have at least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the IT industry, including hands-on experience (1+ year) as an individual contributor — such as a Developer, QA, or Business Analyst.
- You are able to drive customer business outcomes through technology.
- You have experience launching new software products from scratch into production.
- You understand the basics of product management and how they tie into delivery.
- You have a proven track record of successfully delivering both dedicated team and fixed-price projects.
- You possess deep knowledge of at least one business domain such as finance, insurance, or healthcare.
- You are skilled in systematic risk management and proactive mitigation planning.
- You can confidently create WBS, build project plans, estimate budgets and timelines, and apply EVM to track delivery progress.
- You have English proficiency at B2–C1 level, allowing you to communicate clearly and effectively with native speakers in both written and spoken form.
What you will do:
- Deliver Service: Identify and improve success metrics based on the customer’s business context, maintain high service quality for long-term client retention, and deliver organizational services in accordance with the SOW. Focus on achieving customer business outcomes through technology.
- Manage Stakeholder Needs: Identify and manage stakeholder needs while ensuring effective communication and aligning project objectives with business goals.
- Project Delivery: Deliver projects within set budgets and timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and design and implement mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and improve team knowledge levels, ensure effective onboarding.
- Process Compliance: Ensure compliance of all project areas with organizational processes.
