We are hiring for the position of Sales Team Leader in the Sales Department in Dubai/UAE. This role involves working with high-end investment properties and top global developers in the international market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, identify key focus areas, and scale business operations.
- Set ambitious targets for the department, plan, and oversee their execution.
- Manage a team of brokers: assign tasks, monitor productivity, ensure quality performance.
- Motivate employees, develop and implement material and non-material incentive systems.
- Train and develop the team, conduct regular evaluations, and create individual growth plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and evaluate new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the workflow.
- Monitor CRM system usage, maintain analytics, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service throughout all stages of a transaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales management, including leadership roles such as Head of Department or Team Lead (experience in real estate is not mandatory).
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytical skills for effective performance monitoring.
- High level of responsibility, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Living in Dubai/UAE or willingness to relocate.
