Middle/Senior Fullstack Engineer

At Satellite we are open to find a Middle/Senior Fullstack Engineer to join one of our Partner's products - Ezra Climate.

Ezra Climate is a fast-growing startup that builds tools to make climate finance easier and faster. The mission is to help people and companies invest in projects that are good for the planet. It is an ambitious team, backed by top investors, that work at the intersection of finance, technology, and climate change.

As a Full-Stack Engineer (with a strong focus on backend and AI tools), you will:

• Build and maintain modern web applications — front-end and back-end;
• Use Next.js and Supabase edge functions (our current stack);
• Integrate with AI APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini;
• Help design and improve AI systems (e.g., RAG pipelines for financial documents);
• Collaborate with product and business teams to develop new features;
• Set up logging, monitoring, and validation tools;
• Ensure our applications are scalable, secure, and reliable;
• Potentially work with Python as the backend evolves;

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience;
• Experience with LLMs and AI integration (prompt engineering, APIs, workflows);
• Experience with RAG implementations and vector databases;
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms like LlamaIndex, LangChain, LangFlow, Dify, or similar;
• Experience deploying to platforms like Vercel, AWS, GCP, Fly.io, or Heroku;
• Skills in Next.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and Supabase or similar serverless backend tools;
• Strong Proficiency in Python;
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to solve complex problems;
• Good English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate) and a collaborative mindset;

Nice to Have:

• Background working with financial data or documents;
• Awareness of security best practices in web development;
• Experience in fintech or climate tech;
