Russian native speaker, readiness to work at office in Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive client support at all interaction stages: from onboarding to active service.
- Coordinating the KYC/AML processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation collection.
- Preparing client cases ("pre-packaging") for internal teams (compliance, onboarding).
- Effective communication between clients and internal departments (sales, operations, compliance).
- Maintaining and regularly updating client data in the CRM system: statuses, interactions, planned activities.
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients, proactive support, and regular interaction.
- Analyzing the client base to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on segmentation and behavioral analysis.
- Prompt resolution of client issues and inquiries.
- Supporting business development teams: meeting preparation, product adaptation to client needs, and further support.
- Preparing client presentations and product descriptions upon request.
- Monitoring compliance with client processes and internal SLAs.
- Participating in the collection and analysis of feedback to improve client experience, interacting with product and operational teams.
- Ensuring accuracy and cleanliness of CRM data, participating in regular audits.
- Making suggestions to optimize service processes and internal tools.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in client service or client management.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High-level proficiency with CRM systems.
