About Us:
Fundmates is a fintech platform for YouTube creators in the US, where creators raise funds to grow their channels and businesses. A creator joins our platform, secures funding, invests in content, team, or hiring, and starts scaling. Dozens of new creators join us every month, we've raised $30m+ to help creators growing faster by getting access to the capital, and we are growing at a rate of 100% per month.

We are looking for an experienced SDR to streamline client flow and increase conversion rates for scheduled meetings with sales managers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting initial communication over email with creators to identify their needs.

  • Evaluating lead quality and passing qualified leads to the sales department.

  • Collecting feedback on lead quality to adjust evaluation criteria and communication approaches.

  • Recording all communications and updating lead statuses.

  • Testing various call scripts and email templates.

  • Analyzing personal performance and identifying areas for growth.

  • Creating reports based on work results.

  • Achieving quarterly and monthly goals for the number of qualified leads generated.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience as an SDR manager.

  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients is mandatory.

  • Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or creator services is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with the creator economy and their business models is a strong plus.

  • Understanding of sales funnel development.

  • Ability to identify client needs and craft customized solutions.

  • Proactive and results-driven.

  • Excellent written communication skills: ability to clearly articulate thoughts, engage clients through compelling messages, and craft persuasive outreach.

  • Willingness to work in the New York time zone.

  • English C1.
