Partner Account Manager in CPA marketing (fintech)

Today, we support over 4 million users every month across 10 countries in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, supporting, and developing client relationships, including agreeing on marketing budgets, analysing traffic activity, and monitoring accounts receivable;
• Adding new offers, resolving technical (integration) issues related to offers, and reviewing and discussing contracts;
• Conducting regular analytics, including conversion rate analysis;
• Responding promptly to client inquiries;
• Identifying and discussing growth opportunities;
• Performing monthly reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of closing documents for clients.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Spanish at a conversational level;
• Experience in CPA (fintech);
• Strong understanding of marketing and familiarity with digital trends;
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining personal accountability for outcomes;
• Demonstrated success in client development, upselling, and resolving complex situations effectively;
• Excellent communication skills, with clear and concise verbal and written abilities;
• Emotional resilience, a calm and non-confrontational approach, and a strong ability to learn and refine skills quickly.
