We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administration Manager to join our team at Almaty International Airport. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organization.
As an HRA Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our HRIS systems (Oracle, 1C), coordinating with department managers to review and update job descriptions, and ensuring that organizational structure changes are accurately reflected in internal systems. You will also be actively involved in employee relations processes, including participation in disciplinary and mediation commissions, and internal investigations.
What do we expect you to do?
- Work in all HRIS systems (Oracle, 1C)
- Collaborate with managers to update job descriptions across the company and implement a system for regular review and revision to descriptions
- Participate in disciplinary, mediation and internal investigation commissions
- Prepare HR reports for local bodies & head office HR
- Prepare orders on personnel and unit activities in a timely and high-quality manner
- Provide information support to department heads and employees on labor relations issues and the application of disciplinary sanctions;
- Uphold & update staffing list, make changes to organizational structure upon major changes
- Prepare and publish policies, procedures related to HR processes
What will you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Demonstrated initiative in determining new or modifying existing HR policies and procedures and effectively communicating them to staff;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to achieve goals and align interests through cooperation and collaboration with other groups and cross-functional teams, even where no direct reporting relationship exists
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters
- Experience with employee relations
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs and/or other HRIS software preferred
- English language fluency is a must
