What We Offer:
• Salary: $1000/month + bonuses ($60 for each hired driver who works at least two weeks).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Tashkent time).

What We’re Looking For:
• Language Skills: Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with drivers.
• Proactive Attitude: Ability to independently search for drivers on platforms like Facebook and other recruiting channels.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively search for and recruit qualified truck drivers.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet company standards.
• Manage and update the driver database.
• Coordinate the hiring process and ensure drivers are onboarded effectively.
