An international company working in green technology announces an open vacancy for the Warehouse & Inventory Manager position in the Almaty office.
Job Description:
- Implement management's plans to achieve targeted export containers scheduled every month.
- Oversee the reception of incoming materials, categorize them by quality, and report daily volumes.
- Ensure quality monitoring and assurance by conducting tests using the Laboratory's automated units, and reporting findings to management.
- Adhere to guidelines and instructions for each load.
- Manage and supervise the warehouse labor team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and issue weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and proper disposal of waste according to environmental standards.
- Oversee labor attendance, performance, and organizational structure.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement improvements to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, managing a warehouse, labor, and inventory.
- Proficiency in English at the Advanced level is essential (The direct supervisor manager is an English-speaking foreigner).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of management studies.
- Advanced level of Excel and MS Word Package.
- Experience in the field of paper or plastic recycling will be a plus.
- Strong interest in the waste management and environmental industry.
Conditions:
- Official employment by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Work at the warehouse located near Almaty. Transportation costs are covered.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
