Technical Writer/Product Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Create compelling marketing content and materials, including pre-sales presentations, case studies, whitepapers, analyst questionnaire responses, and website copy, to effectively communicate product value.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and customer needs, shaping product development and messaging strategies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of product/solution positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) to differentiate offerings in the market.
• Provide sales and event support, equipping the sales team with necessary marketing materials.
• Partner with development and product management teams to promote new product functionality and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a focus on professional growth.

Key qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing within the IT or telecom sectors
• Strong understanding of BSS solutions, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Charging, Billing, and Customer Experience
• Proven ability to craft and deliver tailored marketing messages and content for diverse target audience segments
• Proven experience collaborating with sales, presales, event marketing, R&D, and product management teams
• Advanced proficiency in English or higher
