Business Development Manager - EdTech Projects

Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and promotion of our edtech solutions and educational projects. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that our educational products and services reach the right audiences. You will work closely with the project teams to ensure successful implementation and expansion of educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EdTech sector.

  • Build relationships with schools, universities, educational institutions, and potential corporate partners.

  • Develop and implement strategies for business expansion and market penetration in Kazakhstan and the wider region.

• Project Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and promote educational projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

  • Coordinate with marketing, content, and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

  • Provide leadership and guidance on project direction, working with various stakeholders to implement project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the EdTech or educational sector

• Strong understanding of the education technology landscape in Kazakhstan and Central Asia

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficient in English, Kazakh and Russian

• Strong network within the education or tech industries is a plus
