We are looking for an active team player for the HR team in our international company. As a member of the HR department, you will work with HRs in St. Petersburg and other international offices in a dynamic environment to build a strong and friendly team worldwide.
What we expect you to do:
Manage full employees' lifecycle including the following:
Hiring & Onboarding: Creating job profiles, recruiting, and leading onboarding processes.
Performance Management: Overseeing performance reviews and employee development plans.
HR Administration: Managing employee records, payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to federal/state regulations, policy development, and communication with authorities.
Learning & Development: Identifying training needs, developing programs, and supporting continuous employee growth.
People & Culture: Driving engagement, managing offboarding, handling conflict resolution, and promoting wellness initiatives.
Strategic HR: Contributing to global HR projects, organizational and succession planning, and budget management.
Develop and implement human resource policies.
Partner department managers in various HR-related topics.
