Customer service specialist

OOO Lamberti Rus is looking for a new resource to be employed as a Customer Service Specialist being responsible for all customer related matters, being the coordinator between sales and logistics departments of Lamberti Rus operations.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience in purchasing, logistics, or in similar position (preferably in an international company)
• Focused on goals achievement
• Excellent attitude to relate her/himself with other people: customers and all other company’s departments
• Able to multitask without losing focus
• Good managerial skills, responsible, reliable, team player
• Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  
  She/he will be dedicated to the following activities:

• Workflow processing (order acceptance and placement to production, tracking orders execution and delivery in time, informing the customers about orders status, sending the corresponding documents)
• Warehouse operations: preparing loading orders, control of shipments
• Support logistic department in documents and shipments preparation
• Effective cooperation with clients to increase the customers’ satisfaction and to keep long-term business cooperation
• Administration functions: incoming phone calls, office daily life support
