Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the full follow-up of abnormal items handling (damage, misclassification, detention, loss, no waybill, short delivery) in the transit center, and coordinate with China operations and China customer service to solve problems.
2. Daily statistics and analysis of abnormal items data in the center, and make classified registrations, and then feedback to the relevant persons in charge.
3. Connect with the on-site customer service staff of the Post Center to verify the information of the problem items and ensure that the system data is accurately updated.
4. Assist in optimizing the abnormal handling process and put forward efficiency improvement suggestions.
Personnel requirements:
1. Can speak Chinese and use computers.
2. Able to accept the office location and office environment of the transit center.
3. Occasional overtime.
