Requirements:
- Experience as a system administrator, support engineer, DevOps, or systems engineer
- Strong understanding of networking, server hardware, and virtualization/containerization systems
- Confident spoken English (a mandatory requirement)
- Ability to engage in constructive dialogue, negotiate, ask the right questions, and independently resolve issues
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support and maintenance for clients
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to solve complex and non-standard technical issues
- Make infrastructure changes (configurations, services, migrations, etc.)
- Handle incidents (diagnosis, resolution, and proactive prevention)
- Take part in implementation projects and onboarding of new clients
- Work closely with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) to prioritize tasks, gather requirements, and follow up on requests
- Maintain communication with clients, client-side teams, internal engineering and operations teams, and vendors
