Customer Support Engineer

Pushwoosh - is a leading omnichannel customer engagement platform featuring solutions for messaging, audience segmentation and analytics. Our customers work across industries and across the globe, being primarily based in Europe, North America, Middle East, and Asia.
We’re growing our team and looking for a Customer Support Engineer to help us deliver outstanding service. This role follows a 2/2 schedule, including night shifts (9-00 to 21-00 and 21-00 to 9-00 UTC+7).

Your responsibilities:

• Handling technical support requests via email and ensuring timely responses;
• Keeping the support process transparent for both customers and internal teams;
• Meeting key customer satisfaction and performance metrics;
• Continuously improving the customer experience by providing high-quality support;
• Updating and maintaining internal documentation;
• Collaborating closely with development, sales, and product teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide valuable feedback;

What you need to succeed:

• Advanced written English proficiency (spoken English at an advanced level is a plus);
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively;
• Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent collaboration with teammates;
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering quick, effective, and friendly support;
