DBA | Senior Database Administrator | Администратор баз данных

We’re looking for a Senior Database Administrator to join our Engineering Team.

What we want from you:

• PostgreSQL Expertise: Extensive experience in administration, optimization, and performance tuning of high-load databases, including replication, backups, and migration.
• Infrastructure Management: Strong knowledge of Unix-like OS (CentOS, Debian), hardware selection, and tuning for database performance.
• Monitoring & Automation: Proficiency in setting up monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) and automating tasks using Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Technical Collaboration: Support product teams with query optimization, bottleneck diagnosis, and data structure design across multiple environments.
• Process Improvement: Automate routine tasks (deployments, migrations) and continuously refine processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Additional Database Skills: Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, MySQL, and ClickHouse is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, analytical, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
