Senior SMM (Remote)

For my client - a fast-growing global fintech leader — we’re looking for a Senior SMM Manager to own end-to-end social media execution across Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Discord.

The Ideal Candidate:
✅ Not just a “posting guy” — a strategic thinker who ties SMM to business outcomes.
✅ Data-obsessed — lives by analytics, crushes KPIs (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, BI tools).
✅ 2+ years in SMM (fintech, trading, crypto, or iGaming).
✅ Handles multilingual content (proven English B2+ required).
✅ Based outside Russia/Belarus (due to platform access).

What You’ll Do:
*Plan/schedule content flawlessly (tools + manual).
*Drive community engagement - turn followers into paying users.
*Analyze performance and optimize campaigns for revenue impact (promo codes, deposits).
*Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and localization teams.
*Track trends and adapt strategies to smash KPIs (growth, engagement, ROI).
